ABSTRACT
The concept of Zero Delay is critical because delay too can be costly and dangerous. Delay in taking action may simply mean errors and defects are accumulating. Delay in taking certain kinds of actions play endanger health, increase risks, increase costs, and promote ill-will. The purpose is to stress the need for urgency.
