ABSTRACT
A crossover design (or a change-over design) is a repeated measures design
such that each experimental unit receives different treatments during the
different time periods, i.e., the experimental units cross over from one
treatment to another during the course of the experiment. This is in contrast
to a parallel design where experimental units are randomized to treatment and
remain on that treatment throughout the duration of the experiment.
