ABSTRACT
Dr. Robin M. Saunders would generally include Figure 1 in his many presentations and discussions of rice bran. Although the translation to English may not be technically precise, the Chinese symbols predate most of the current research on rice bran by about 2000 years, give or take a few centuries.
