ABSTRACT
As in the manufacture of polymer-based composites, the most important considerations in manufacturing metal-based composites are (1) the bond of the interface between the reinforcing fibers and the matrix, (2) the orientation and uniform distribution of the fibers, (3) the fabrication technique and the change in fiber characteristics, and (4) the void production in composites. Addressing these points should be vital to manufacturing any type of suitable composite.
