ABSTRACT
The National Office of Animal Health (NOAH) represents the UK animal medicines industry whose aim is to provide safe, effective, quality medicines for the treatment and welfare of all animals.
THE MISSION
It is the task of NOAH to promote and defend the responsible manufacture, sale, distribution, handling and use of animal medicines and animal health products, and to act as a consultative body to the industry, Government, the media and the general public. NOAH also represents the views and interests of its members and informs the outside world about the valuable work of the animal health industry, an industry which plays a key part in:
farm and companion animal welfare
consumer safety
farm prosperity
environmental protection
scientific innovation
THE REPRESENTATIVE
NOAH's member companies range from large multi-national organisations, that operate around the world, to small independent UK companies. However, due to the structure of NOAH, every member can make its opinion heard so NOAH is the true voice of the industry.
