ABSTRACT
This chapter will deal with setting up studies according to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) to evaluate the efficacy of treatments for viral, bacterial and parasitic infections of commercial or ornamental fish. Treatments may be administered by injection, bath immersion or medication of feed. The trials could take place in commercial or research establishments in onshore tanks or ponds or in pen enclosures in salt-water or freshwater.
