ABSTRACT
With regard to all the of phenomena involved, this chapter describes the delayed behaviour of wood including its anisotropy and the temperature and moisture content influence, related to the modelling of the observed behaviours. Our bibliographic documentation only recapitulates the articles written after 1960.
