ABSTRACT
According to the Brundtland Commission's report "Ou r Common Future" [1], i t is apparent tha t there i s a growing understanding o f the necessity t o limit the amount of waste whic h i s today being generated i n the construction and building sector . Afte r recycling , thes e wastes may be utilized a s substitut e for primary raw materials thereby conservin g our natural resources .
