Burnt shale(T) also has a strength requirement which recognises an even greater hydraulic activity than that of high lime calcareous fly ash.
Filler(F) has no specific technical requirements but their status as minor additional constituents limit their additional levels to 5% on cement. Additives are normally limited to 1% on cement.
