ABSTRACT
The present study tried to develop cementitious composite materials for buildings with a kind of artificial lightweight aggregates which was produced by mixing a large amount of fly ash and shredded used paper. Potential weak points of this new material are poor strength, high water absorption which may cause large shrinkage deformation, rather poor fire resistance and resistance to frost damage [1].
