Concrete construction of silo, bunkers and reservoirs in many countries shows an increasing degree of damages and deterioration within a short of span 1-3 to 15 years. The decay of concrete due to cracking, spalling and rusting the steel reinforcement is now a common throughout the world. The low durability of concrete structures is due to several interactive factors: climatic condition together with construction practices and inadequate specification. The latter includes the deterioration in strength and stiffness, when structure is subjected to a limited number of low-cyclic load application.
