ABSTRACT
For some projects, the information from a CPT or CPTU must be supplemented by including additional sensors. Modern electronics, sensor technology and data acquisition systems have made this possible. This chapter reviews the developments that have taken place over the last few years. Geoenvironmental sensors are discussed in Chapter 8.
