Je ff Crowe, the chairman, president & CEO of Landstar System (www.landstar.com). offered this advice: Don’t get “too caught up in the hype. The customers that you have today are where you must focus. Learn where your customer intends to lead you. Figure out where the core values are and continue to deliver deep, long-term relationships.” He closed by emphasizing, “From the cradle to the grave it’s all about the cus­ tomer.” He is so right!
