ABSTRACT
In this paper we address the control of low L/D vehicle (i.e. Apollo-like shaped vehicles, with L/D value of 0.3) during the re-entry phase. The vehicle we refer to is the CRV/CRT (Crew Rescue Vehicle/Crew Transportation Vehicle), which is part of the European participation to the International Space Station Alpha (ISSA).
