ABSTRACT
The purpose of dc voltage converters is not only the conversion of direct current, but also the regulation or stabilization of the voltage (or current) in the load. Converters used only for stabilization are known as stabilizers. We may distinguish between two types of dc converters: continuous converters and pulsed converters.
