ABSTRACT
A signicant amount of the subject matter dealt with in the preceding chapters is equally applicable to equipment, subsystems, and systems. Consider the case of cable-to-cable or cable-to-equipment coupling that may occur between equipment, subsystems, or systems. In this chapter, system-level electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) is emphasized, although many of the topics are equally applicable to subsystems and equipment. For example, antenna-to-antenna or antenna-to-cable coupling can occur within a subsystem and between systems.
