ABSTRACT
Real examples of the effectiveness of the developed mathematical model were shown in the previous chapter. We also developed a special web application that realizes the test, then transforms the obtained information into input data for our model, and ends with the predicted productivity for the person examined. The statistical information obtained shows the accuracy of the method and proves its positive use for improving the software development process in order for us to be able to choose more reliable and productive personnel.
