ABSTRACT

Mobile (wireless) communications has rapidly become embedded in the fabric of society enabling and changing the ways in which we communicate in the broadest sense. Cutting across geographic and political boundaries, age, differences in ethnicity and religion, and independent of sharing and exchanging information one-to-one, one-to-many, or many-to-many, the mobile or cellular (cell) phone has become a ubiquitous personal appliance on a global scale.
