ABSTRACT
Social protection is a major area of the state for providing basic social rights and guarantees to the person: first, in the area of living standard. Also any other type of activity, in particular social protection, supposes the estimation of quality of the actions; it could be helping or granting services. In this connection, there is a necessity to talk about measuring (in) the efficiency of social protection. In this connection, we are interested in measuring the efficiency of social protection [3]. Determination of efficiency of social protection has an important value, both for scientific and practical purposes [1].
