ABSTRACT
There is a little-known law that has many applications in Lean solutions. It is called Little’s law. Derived by John Little at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management in 1961, this law has universal application to all types of business systems. All leaders and practitioners involved in Lean deployment should know this law clearly and understand its application.
