ABSTRACT

One of the biggest hidden inefficiencies in companies is when individuals are recruited but do not stay for long. It leads not only to heavy rework but also a lot of resource wastage. Monies are spent on training or inducting people only to lose them later. To my astonishment, some leaders say that attrition is a reality, and we need to work a business around it. They rationalize this problem by making the following statements:
