ABSTRACT
In The Adventure of the Final Problem by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, Sherlock Holmes, aboard a train departing from London to Dover, sees Professor Moriarty on the platform and realizes that Moriarty has seen him. Holmes fears that Moriarty will take an express train to Dover and catch him. His best chance for escape is to get off at Canterbury, but Moriarty has that option too.
