ABSTRACT
The idea is not to have all information residing on the GCP21 website, but to provide links to access all information available in the world to speed up the flow and dissemination of information. GCP21 will promote individual interaction and participation in this communication effort, as well as to limit the cost of maintenance and updates through the use of up-to-date information and communications technologies such as specialized websites, newsletters, WhatsApp, Twitter and Facebook.
