ABSTRACT
INTRODUCTION Pulmonary emboli, pulmonary oedema, and secondary pulmonary hypertension are common problems for the clinician. Other pulmonary vascular disorders discussed in this chapter belong within the category of rare pulmonary diseases, but are important in clinical practice.
