ABSTRACT
Case report Two 6-month-old twin boys were transferred from a local emergency department to a children’s hospital for evaluation of nasal destruction. Other than stating that both children had been dropped on their faces in separate incidents on the same day, 8 weeks before this presentation, the boys’ mother had no explanation for the injuries. Before this admission, she had brought the children for medical evaluation three times in 7 weeks.
