ABSTRACT
INVESTIGATIONS Bazex syndrome can be confused with psoriasis, chronic hand dermatitis, and other eczematous conditions. Unlike these other conditions, and considering the paraneoplastic nature of the condition, Bazex syndrome is often distinguished by a recalcitrant course in comparison to these other diseases.
