ABSTRACT
Pathophysiology Adenovirus infection manifests in many ways, with respiratory and gastrointestinal symptoms associated with local production of several proinflammatory cytokines predominating in man (Moro et al. 2009). It is interesting to note that equine adenovirus was less sensitive to recombinant equine interferongamma in one study (Sentsui et al. 2010).
