ABSTRACT
The breast can be evaluated with a number of different imaging modalities: the main ones utilized in diagnosis are mammography, ultrasound and MR imaging. Imageguided biopsies from specific areas in the breast can be obtained using any of these techniques to aid diagnosis and treatment of breast diseases/conditions.
