7.1 Rule 7 indictment rules

Rule 7 provides that, if a section of a statute creates one offence which may be committed in a number of ways, the alternatives may be charged in a single count. If, however, the section creates more than one offence, each offence the prosecution wish the jury to consider must be put in a separate count.
