ABSTRACT
In recent years, there has been an increasing consideration of the way forward for a feminist analysis of child law, particularly in the light of post-modern perspectives on law and society.5 However, the complexities and difficulties involved in such an approach cannot be underestimated. What follows, therefore, is a brief exploration of some recent theoretical perspectives.
