ABSTRACT
Note If the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Bill is made into law, it will allow third parties to sue directly on contracts which confer rights upon them. The Bill passed the House of Lords in June 1999 and was set to proceed in the House of Commons at the time this edition went to press.
