ABSTRACT
There is in existence an enormous range of evidence that could be used to demonstrate a simple link between a citizen’s race and a citizen’s likelihood of experiencing discrimination. However, this link is far from simple, and the issue of how a citizen’s race influences their likelihood of experiencing discrimination is full of contradictions.
