Civil proceedings This chapter will concentrate on one example of advocacy in civil proceedings: an interlocutory application for judgment in the High Court. This example will be worked through as a simulated application under Rules of the Supreme Court Ord 14. All the necessary facts and materials for this exercise are included below.
