ABSTRACT
Interoffice Telephones v Freeman (1957) CA Interoffice installed a telephone system in Freeman’s premises and hired it to them for a fixed period. When the agreement still had six years to run Freeman wrongfully repudiated and Interoffice sued for breach. At the time, the supply of telephone installations exceeded the demand.
