ABSTRACT
If a party knows of a disclosable document which the disclosing party has not disclosed, he should apply to the court for an order for specific disclosure.9 If a disclosing party refuses to allow inspection of a disclosed document, for which he has no right or duty to refuse inspection,10 as the other party has a right to inspect disclosed documents,11 he can apply to the court for an order that he be entitled to inspect that document.
