ABSTRACT
Under s 15(1), it is an offence for a person to sell, offer, expose or possess for the purposes of sale any food which is labelled in such a way that the label either falsely describes the food (s 15(1)(a)) or is likely to be misleading as to the nature or substance or quality of the food (s 15(1)(b)).
