ABSTRACT
Section 11 provides for prohibition notices to be issued by the courts where the proprietor of a food business has been convicted of an offence under food hygiene or food processing regulations to which the improvement notice regime applies (s 11(1)(a)). The court must be satisfied that the food business presents a risk to health (s 11 (1)(b)).
