ABSTRACT
Tell your opponent the gist of your assertions before you go into court (write them out in list form if there is time) and then tell the court when going through your evidence. If the court requires/allows you to do so, call your witness to give sworn evidence of the developments. Alternatively, write out a short supplemental statement.
