ABSTRACT
This question principally addresses the issue of whether the service provided by civil servants today is, in a collective sense, unified in its purpose and/or uniform in its organizational structure. You need to explore the operation of the executive within our constitution and recognise that it is one of the features of our constitution that our Civil Service is separated from the legislative and judicial branches of government. However, unlike other public administrations, our Civil Service is permanent not transient in nature.
