ABSTRACT
Section 4(3) of the Criminal Attempts Act 1981 provides: Where, in proceedings against a person for an offence under s 1 above, there is evidence sufficient in law to support a finding that he did an act falling within subsection (1) of that section, the question whether or not his act fell within that subsection is a question of fact.
