ABSTRACT
In proceeding to the deposit of the ratifications of His Majesty the King of the Belgians, the Belgian Minister for Foreign Affairs declared, in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of the convention, that these ratifications extend only to Belgium and do not apply to the Belgian Congo and Ruanda-Urundi, Territories under mandate.
