ABSTRACT
In circumstances where undertakings within a particular region sell all or almost all the goods produced in that region within that region and importation into the region of those goods is minimal the region may be designated as a regional market.142 When a regional market is found to exist, the Commission may find that injury is caused within the regional market by dumped or subsidised goods even if the whole of the Community industry is not injured.143
