Special forms of advertising as defined by the means of advertising Television and radio advertising

For many years, the Greek legislator and the State interpreted very strictly the clause of para 2 of Art 15 of the Greek Constitution according to which ‘radio and television shall be under the immediate control of the State and shall aim at the objective broadcast, on equal terms, of information and news reports as well as works of “literature and art”’ forbidding the operation of any ‘private’ television and radio stations.
