ABSTRACT
Under the provisions of Law 2194/1994 (Art 6), as amended by Law 2256/1994, all kinds of ‘medical’ advertising are prohibited. Paragraph 1 of Art 6 provides that:
From the publication of this Law, medical advertising as well as advertising of private and dental hospitals, private clinics, dental centres, centres of medical diagnosis and laboratories is prohibited.
