ABSTRACT
Statute Law Revision is a very important matter. There is always the need for a systematic statute law revision. It should be undertaken at every convenient opportunity. It involves
(a) the definite repeal of obsolete or obsolescent enactments; and (b) the changing of the language of enactments so as to bring them into
line with current usage, without making any change in the substance of the enactments.
