ABSTRACT
To illustrate the scope of constitutional law and the relationship with administrative law a problem and an essay question have been selected. For those wishing to demonstrate the extent of their knowledge and understanding a problem question can be ideal. It will allow you to apply the law (case law and/or statute) to fact and reach a reasoned solution; but several dangers may exist. The problem may be long and involved and the ‘facts’ may be vague or conflicting. You may be asked to advise one or more parties and you may not be clear about all the parts of the problem.
