ABSTRACT
One of Jonathan’s primary concerns will be his ability to raise capital. As we have been told, he has limited resources to start the business. It will be necessary for him at a very early stage to make a calculation of the amount of capital he will need in order to commence the business. In particular, he will need to ascertain the cost of suitable premises (possibly converting existing premises), running costs of the business and machinery needed for the trade.
