ABSTRACT
In the Court of Appeal (Criminal Division), the Lord Chief Justice (LCJ), presently Lord Bingham, presides, accompanied by another two judges. Whilst in the Court of Appeal (Civil Division) is presided over by the Master of the Rolls (MR), currently Lord Woolf, who also sits with two other judges.
