ABSTRACT
The applicant was arrested in Switzerland with a view to extradition, but he objected and applied for provisional release. He complained that the procedures adopted by the Federal Court for considering his requests for release breached A 5(4). Comm found unanimously V 5(4) because the requirements of the procedures and the speed laid down therein had not been complied with in the proceedings in question.
