ABSTRACT
A sober adult of sound mind has full contractual capacity. However, a number of persons have a restricted capacity to contract. The main categories are minors, persons of unsound mind, drunks and corporations. This chapter is restricted to a consideration of the capacity of minors. The capacity of corporations is dealt with in Chapter 29, p 672.
